Recycling & Disposal
Asphalt pavement, brick, and concrete (ABC) rubble, such as the rubble generated by the demolition of buildings, bridges, roadways, etc., must be handled in accordance with Massachusetts solid waste regulations. The regulations, and MassDEP encourage the recycling and reuse of ABC rubble.

Asphalt pavement, brick and concrete (ABC) rubble is rubble that contains weathered (cured) asphalt pavement, clay bricks (with attached mortar normally used in construction), or concrete (with or without reinforcement).
Accepted Materials
Prohibited Materials
In accordance with MA solid waste and MassDEP regulations, the following items will not be accepted:

Hazardous Materials - upon entering our facility the customer certifies that contents dumped are not materials subject to local, state, or federal regulations.

Materials that are painted, coated, impregnated with any substance, or odorous.

Household trash, solid waste, or construction demolition.

Yard waste (leaves, brush, trees, stumps, etc.).
Additional Information
All loads will be inspected. Dumping of prohibited materials will result in suspension of disposal privileges as well as the cost of abatement/remediation. Loads which are misrepresented will be subject to an administrative/relocation fee and will be re-invoiced to reflect material(s) dumped. Material acceptance is based on capacity.
